Sometimes we may be aware that we do not feel as happy and satisfied as we would like to be. Sometimes we do not know what is wrong or we may be very clear about the issues we are struggling with and yet feel at a loss as to how to create change. There are many situations in life that challenge our ability to be happy and fulfilled. Having a safe and confidential place to discuss and explore your experiences can provide the support needed to live life in a more meaningful and satisfying way.

Sometimes the issues we want to talk about feel too sensitive to talk about with family and friends. Individual therapy can provide a caring relationship and a learning environment in which to feel less isolated whilst developing the skills necessary for managing our self and our relationships in new and more emotionally responsive ways.

Sylvy offers regular reviews to look at how the work and therapeutic relationship is progressing. This on-going review of the work ensures that the issues you want to work on are being addressed.

If you are considering therapy, either short or long term, then please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation at www.counselling-directory.org.uk or telephone me on 07983 383539.
