Natalia Solovieva - Charted Counselling Psychologist & BACP Accredited Psychotherapist.

 

Natalia has worked as a psychologist and psychotherapist for 7 years.  After completing a degree in clinical psychology at the Moscow State University, she trained as a Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor. She then obtained a business degree and facilitated various training groups developing self-esteem and leadership qualities of people from a variety of backgrounds.  She also completed her Master degree in adult psychotherapy at Auckland University of Technology and is currently practising a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach to counselling and psychotherapy. 

 

Natalia’s approach is to provide a non-judgemental reflective space for the individual to explore their current difficulties and assist them to gain in-depth understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.  Natalia offers sessions both in Russian and English language.

 

Natalia has experience in working with clients suffering from depression (including post-natal depression), anxiety, personality disorders (including borderline and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder), posttraumatic stress, childhood trauma, explosiveness and anger management.  She also specialises in providing therapy for clients suffering from infertility and going through in vitro fertilization.
