Full member of British Acupuncture Council and International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.
Jennie is a dedicated, caring professional who has studied over many years with recognised qualifications in Acupuncture (BSc, LicAc), TuiNa diploma (Chinese Massage), Aromatherapy (Tisserand Diploma), Sports and Remedial Massage (LSSM, dip) and Oriental Face lift treatments. She graduated from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, which is affiliated with the University of Portsmouth., followed by an internship at an Acupuncture Hospital in Huangcho province of China.
She focuses holistically, treating each client as an individual, and not just the symptoms, whatever the problem She combines acupuncture and massage in her treatments where appropriate. She never ceases to marvel at the acupuncture’s amazing ability to get to the core of the problems, whether simple or complex, acute or chronic. She provides both short and long term therapy, depending on need.
Jennie has special interest in musculo skeletal problems and has a high success rate in the treatment of back, neck, shoulder problems, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica with a combination of acupuncture, tuina, massage and muscle manipulations.
Jennie has also helped clients successfully with insomnia, headaches, stress and mood imbalances such as depression and panic attacks, and women’s problem, including infertility.
Most people find acupuncture surprisingly relaxing, and many report an improvement in their general well being resulting from the treatment.
She is driven by her need to deliver only the best results possible for her clients. Her continued professional development meant that she is continually updating her skills and techniques relating to Acupuncture and Massage practice.
She has been told by some to have ‘Magic Hands’.
